A mating pair of Rhicnoda rugosa photographed in Sarawak. Males are commonly seen sitting on the leaves of low-growing plants at night. However, I have never found females on plants, and only rarely find them on the ground. This pair were on the surface of the leaf litter during a period of heavy rain. Photo copyright Phil Bragg.
